  • All prices listed on our website are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and include applicable taxes (if any).

  • We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) and Prepaid Payment options.

  • For prepaid payments, we use secure payment gateways — Trendy Hubspot never stores your card or bank details.

  • We reserve the right to cancel any order if:

    • The product is out of stock

    • Payment verification fails

    • Delivery location is not serviceable

If your order is canceled, you’ll be notified immediately and refunded (if prepaid).

🚚 4. Shipping & Delivery

  • We deliver all over Pakistan through reliable courier partners including TCS, Leopards, PostEx, and Pakistan Post.

  • Flat shipping rate: Rs. 199/- nationwide.

  • Estimated delivery time:

    • Major Cities: 2–4 working days

    • Remote Areas: 4–7 working days

  • Orders placed after 5 PM or on public holidays are processed the next working day.

🔁 5. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

We offer a 7-day return and exchange policy for eligible items.
You can request a return or exchange if:

  • The product delivered was defective, damaged, or incorrect

  • The item is unused, in its original packaging, and reported within 7 days of delivery

Refunds or replacements are processed after product inspection.
Delivery charges are non-refundable unless the product delivered was faulty.
