- You provide a clear and continuous unboxing video, starting from the sealed package, showing the product from all angles.
❗ Note: The unboxing video is mandatory and must be recorded before opening the parcel to ensure transparency. Without this video, we will not be able to process your request.
📦 Steps to File a Return/Replacement Request
- Record an unboxing video while opening the parcel. The video must start from the unopened, sealed package and clearly show the product condition.
- Contact our support team via WhatsApp, Messenger, or email within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Share your unboxing video and explain the issue (e.g., damaged item, wrong product, etc.).
- Our Quality Control Team will review your video and request to verify its authenticity.
- Once approved, we will:
- Issue a full refund to your original payment method, or
- Send a free replacement of the product at no extra cost.
🔁 What Is Not Eligible for Return/Replacement
- Products that are damaged after delivery due to misuse, improper storage, or accidents.
- Returns requested after the 7-day window.
- Returns without unboxing video proof.
- Items that are marked as “non-returnable” in the product description.
📦 Packaging and Return Shipping
In the rare case where a return is accepted (e.g., if pickup is required), the product must be returned in its original condition, including:
- Original packaging
- Product manuals, accessories, and freebies (if any)
We will guide you through the return process in such situations.
💸 Refund Timelines
Once your return is approved and processed:
- Refunds (if applicable) will be credited within 3 to 5 business days to the original payment method.
- In case of Cash on Delivery (COD), we will issue a bank transfer or mobile wallet refund (details will be requested).
